1. License Granted

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, personal-use-only license to:

• View and download the digital files.
• 3D-print or otherwise produce the models for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• Modify or remix the files solely for your own personal, non-commercial use.

2. Strictly Prohibited

You may NOT:

• Share, distribute, upload, or transmit the digital files in any form (including modified versions).
• Sell, trade, give away, or otherwise distribute physical prints made from our files.
• Use our files or prints for any commercial purpose, including (but not limited to) Patreon rewards, Kickstarter stretch goals, Etsy sales, convention sales, or printing services.
• Publish or re-host our files on any platform (Thingiverse, MyMiniFactory, Cults3D, Printables, Yeggi, Google Drive, Discord, etc.).

Any violation will be treated as copyright infringement and pursued to the fullest extent the law allows.

3. Intellectual Property

Fat Dragon Games and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the content. No ownership is transferred to you.

4. Website Use

• You must be 18 or older to use this website.
• You are prohibited from data mining, scraping, or using the site in any way that damages or interferes with its operation.
• Any account credentials are confidential and may not be shared.

5. No Warranties / Limitation of Liability

All files and the website are provided “AS-IS” with no warranties of any kind. Fat Dragon Games and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site or files, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fat Dragon Games, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the files.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA. You submit to the jurisdiction of state and federal courts in Ohio for any disputes.

9. Entire Agreement
